The GM Brand Focused Merchandising Program is designed to provide all GM dealers with showroom and service area merchandising displays, graphics and selling aids. Some of these elements are permanent display fixtures that are either required or optional elements in each of the three Facility Image Programs. Other items are annual graphic updates or sales support materials that ship to dealers automatically when new models are introduced.

This carrier is an expert in handling Brand Focused Merchandising items and will provide an exceptional level of quality to protect your purchases. Items ship from Brand Focused Merchandising Headquarters in Milwaukee, WI and charges will vary based upon destination and order size. All items are billed to your open account.

Yes, you can receive reimbursement from your IMR funds for qualifying BFM merchandise billed to your Open Account (Certified Service IMR-Parts or BFM/Image IMR-Sale). Eligibility is called out on each item. Fund balance or calculation questions should be directed to ACB. Change in election for future orders, reversals, item eligibility, how or why this was submitted through IMR should all be directed to DCI.

Please note that charges billed through your IMR Advertising Account as “No-Match” claims will be paid solely with dealer contributions, and the applicable GM Match Funds will be forfeited.

Yes. A dealer may order individual elements.

The warranty is 1 year unless otherwise specified.

Order history can be accessed from the dropdown menu under your Dealership Name.

Contact Brand Focused Merchandising Headquarters at 1-800-766-5660 to change an existing subscription order. Any changes made to an order after it has been submitted will not reflect or alter your order history.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Program Headquarters. Return product must be in its original carton. A 20% restocking fee and any freight costs (if applicable) will be charged to the dealer for returned materials. Please call 1-800-766-5660 for a Return Authorization Form and to arrange the return.
